These are full of deadly/elite ships! If you are looking for juicy bounties or progress your combat rank, this is the best place to find Elite ranked ships (hazardous resource extraction site feels like kindergarden compared to this, heh).
There are no police presence here and these beacons do not allow a distress call to authority ships, making them ideal for pirates, much like hazardous resource extraction sites.
Special interest objects (nav beacon in this case) do not show up in navigation panel if you are docked in station, only after you depart it will appear. These objects do not show up until you get closer than 1000Ls distance.
It is random generated stuff same as RES, if you don't get Elite ranked ships just relog open -> private -> solo, to reset it.
